What are the benefits to air‑drying?
Air-drying combines the best of cooked and raw approaches. Like raw (and raw processing methods like "freeze-dried raw"), air-drying preserves nutrients and taste better than high heat methods. Unlike raw, Sundays' unique air-drying process involves a "kill step," which eliminates pathogens, ensuring no food safety or handling risk with Sundays.

How long does Sundays stay fresh?
Before opening, Sundays should stay fresh for ~12 months. After opening, Sundays should not spoil for at least 6-8 weeks.

Currently, we offer free shipping to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii! We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx, with typical delivery speeds (without carrier delays) of 2-3 business days after shipping.
